Creative Space is looking for a technical powerhouse to lead our products from concept to crate. We need an Estimator who understands the entire journey: from the first draft to the final machine run.
What You Bring
The Technical Eye: Mastery of Adobe Illustrator and dieline engineering (compensating for 1200gsm+ board thickness).
Material Wisdom: Deep knowledge of paper weights (gsm), chipboard density, and handle reinforcements.
Machine Logic: You know how a job needs to be laid out to run smoothly on a gluer or a rigid box maker.
Quality First: A "zero-defect" mindset from the first mock-up to the thousandth unit.

The Workflow You’ll Own
Draft to Prototype: Transform design concepts into technical dielines. Build and test white-sample prototypes to ensure fit, "click" closures, and structural integrity.
Costing & Estimation: Calculate precise quotes for custom rigid boxes and luxury bags, factoring in chipboard grades, wrap allowances, and labor.
Color & Finish: Use a master eye for color to ensure brand consistency across Pantones, foils, and specialty substrates.
Machine-Ready Engineering: Prepare files for the floor. You understand V-grooving, glues, and automated vs. semi-automated machine constraints.
Product Delivery: Ensure the final manufactured product matches the approved prototype in every spec.
