Pioneer Events is seeking a target-oriented executive to lead client acquisition and revenue growth across our corporate, sports, and special event services. This is a sales-first role where you will generate new business leads through prospecting and networking, handle incoming inquiries and RFQs, and conduct high-level client presentations. You will be responsible for negotiating terms, closing deals in line with company margins, and achieving monthly sales targets. Beyond initial sales, you will build long-term relationships to secure repeat business and maintain an accurate sales pipeline. This role combines strategic business development with marketing support to drive brand activations, team building programs, and exhibitions across Oman.

Applicants must have 4–6 years of experience in sales or business development, specifically within event services or B2B agencies. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
