Qualifications
Experience in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance- MALE
Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including filing, scheduling, and doentation
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
High attention to detail and an ability to work independently
Prior experience in a similar role or a professional services environment is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
English and Arabic is a must.
