Job Description

Bin Al Sheikh Real Estate in Doha is seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the executive office. The role involves managing complex calendars, preparing professional correspondence, and coordinating high-level meetings. The candidate will maintain confidential records, oversee filing systems, and support executive communications. Candidate Requirements

a. Proven experience in a senior secretarial, administrative, or executive support role
b. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English (Arabic proficiency required)
c. High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality handling
d. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
e. Outstanding organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
f. Preference for candidates currently residing in Qatar with valid transferable QID
