Job Description

Affordable Group of Companies is looking for a professional, highly organized, and proactive Executive Operations Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. This is a dynamic role that combines high-level administration with frequent representation of the company. Only Native Arabic candidates are encouraged to apply!!!!

The Role
Office Coordination: Manage front-desk operations, schedule meetings, and handle professional correspondence.
Client Relations: Act as the first point of contact for walk-in clients, calls, and emails.
Executive Support: Prepare reports and support management with day-to-day operations.
Mobility: This role requires a 100% willingness to travel to represent the organization at various locations and events.

What We Are Looking For
Language: Fluency in both Native Arabic and English (Written & Spoken) is mandatory.
Presence: Presentable, professional, and well-organized with excellent interpersonal skills.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Adaptability: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Experience: While prior admin experience is an advantage, freshers with exceptional communication skills are encouraged to apply!
