Key Responsibilities
*Provide high-level administrative support to executives and senior management.
*Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
*Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and official doents
*Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate minutes
*Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation when required
*Handle phone calls, emails, and communication with internal and external stakeholders
*Maintain organized filing systems and confidential records
*Assist in office administration and daily operational tasks
*Ensure professionalism and discretion in all executive matters
Qualifications & Requirements
*Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field
*Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Secretary, or Administrative Assistant
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Strong organizational and time-management abilities
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
*Ability to multitask and work under pressure
*High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail
