Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue
•Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
•Develop new customers including supermarkets, hypermarkets, pharmacies, stand-alone perfume shops, and wholesalers.
•Execute sales strategies to increase market penetration.
2. Market Development
•Spot new distribution opportunities.
•Conduct regular market visits
•Carry out Market research and competition analysis and activities
3. Relationship Management
•Build strong relationships with retail buyers and store managers.
•Ensure timely order collection and payment follow-up.
•Handle customer complaints professionally.
4. Merchandising & Visibility
•Ensure proper product placement and visibility of produ in the outlets.
•To keep on eye on stock levels.
•Promotional Activities / campaign activities.
