This role involves driving end-to-end supply chain operations—from fabric & accessory procurement to production, expor, and final delivery—while ensuring products meet brand standards, market demands, and cultural authenticity.:
- Lead sourcing strategies (local & international suppliers) for fabrics & accessories
- Oversee Kandura fashion production with deep knowledge of fabrics, fit, and detailing
- Manage vendor relationships, factory operations, and production schedules
- Supervise product design, tech packs, and sample approvals
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws & company quality standards
- Drive innovation in materials, techniques, and product offerings
:
- Minimum 5+ years in sourcing, merchandising, or apparel production (Middle East experience preferred)
- Strong expertise knowledge of yarn, fabric, garments, embroidery, and finishing
- Fluent in Arabic & English
- Skilled in vendor negotiation, costing, BOM, AQL standards, and inventory management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textile Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
