White Aluminium Enterprises LLC – Fabrication Division is currently looking for a Façade Aluminium Design Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role
for the design and detailing of aluminium façade systems, including curtain walls, windows, doors, skylights, and cladding. The role ensures that all designs meet project specifications, structural requirements, and performance standards while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
•Prepare detailed design and shop drawings for aluminium façade systems (curtain wall, windows, doors, cladding, etc.).
•Review architectural drawings, tender doents, and project specifications.
•Perform design calculations including structural analysis, wind load, and thermal performance.
•Ensure all designs comply with applicable standards (ASTM, BS, EN) and client requirements.
•Coordinate with architects, consultants, project managers, and production teams.
•Develop material take-offs and support procurement activities.
•Provide technical support during fabrication and installation stages.
•Review and resolve design-related issues and site queries.
•Optimize designs for cost efficiency, manufacturability, and installation feasibility.
•Prepare technical submittals, method statements, and doentation.
•Maintain proper revision control and doentation of all design outputs.

Qualifications & Required Competencies:
•Minimum 3–6 years of experience in façade or aluminium design.
•Experience in curtain wall systems and aluminium fabrication is highly preferred.
•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
•Training or certification in façade or aluminium systems is an advantage.
•Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or similar design software.
•Strong knowledge of aluminium façade systems and glazing.
•Understanding of structural calculations and façade performance criteria.
•Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
•Good communication and coordination abilities.
