The FM Director will oversee major Facilities Management projects in Riyadh and Makkah, leading complex and diverse landscape, mixed-use, and major projects. The role requires strong FM leadership, stakeholder management, and experience managing clients, consultants, contractors, and operational teams. Previous experience with FM consultancies and Saudi Arab projects is highly preferred.
