Orchid Fertility is hiring a Facility Executive in Dubai to manage day-to-day facility operations, maintenance, infrastructure, vendors, AMCs, and facility doentation. The role includes coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections, safety requirements, and compliance with JCI, DHA, and UAE regulations.

a. 2–4 years of UAE experience in healthcare facility management.
b. Hospital, clinic, day surgery, or IVF centre experience preferred.
c. Good knowledge of JCI, DHA, and UAE government requirements.
d. Experience with AMCs, PPM schedules, vendors, and facility doentation.
e. Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
f. Currently based in the UAE.
g. Strong coordination and communication skills.
h. Immediate or early joiners preferred.
