We are hiring an experienced Facility Manager for the Operations / EMS Department to oversee facility and maintenance operations at the client's Headquarters and Farm in Oman. The role involves managing electrical, mechanical, HVAC, civil, plumbing, and WWTP maintenance activities.

a. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related field.
b. 10–12 years of relevant experience in Facility or Maintenance Management.
c. Strong experience in HVAC, WWTP, electrical and mechanical systems.
d. Experience with industrial or farm facilities.
e. Strong leadership and contractor-management skills.
f. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
g. Fluent in English and Arabic.
h. Must be available to work in Oman.
i. Open to all nationalities except Egyptian and Indian.
