Seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, safety, and efficient management of facilities and building services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily facility operations and maintenance activities.
Supervise maintenance, cleaning, security, and support teams.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
Monitor contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and UAE regulations.
Manage maintenance schedules, budgets, and facility-related costs.
Handle inspections, repairs, and emergency situations.
Maintain accurate facility records and reports.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant facility management experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of building maintenance, HSE, and facility operations.
UAE experience is preferred.
