Job Description
We are seeking Factory Workers and Helpers to join our operations in KIZAD, Abu Dhabi. The selected candidates will assist in daily factory activities, ensuring smooth production processes and maintaining workplace safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in loading and unloading materials
Support machine operators and production staff
Perform basic assembly and packaging tasks
Maintain cleanliness of the work area
Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
Carry out general labor work as assigned by supervisors
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: AED 1,050 per month
Overtime: 2 hours daily (total salary may reach approx. AED 2,200 – 2,500/month)
Accommodation: Provided by the company
Transportation: Provided by the company
Visa: Employment visa provided for selected candidates
Eligibility
Open to candidates from India and Nepal
Physically fit and able to perform manual labor
Prior factory or labor experience is an advantage (not mandatory) Leave & Additional Benefits
After 2 years of continuous service:
30 days of paid annual leave
One-month salary during leave
Two-way air ticket provided by the company Working Hours
Standard working hours + 2 hours overtime daily
