Hiring: Farm Operations, Irrigation & Landscape Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced, hands-on professional to manage full farm operations, including crop production, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenance (trees, palms, and plantation areas).
Key Responsibilities:•Manage all farming activities: planting, irrigation, harvesting, shredding, and baling•Supervise forage crops (Rhodes, Alfalfa, Blue Panic, etc.)•Manage and maintain landscape areas (trees, palms, shrubs)•Oversee irrigation systems (pivot, drip, sprinkler)•Handle irrigation automation systems (e.g., Rain Bird or similar)•Supervise pumps, pipelines, valves, and filtration systems•Plan fertilization programs and manage soil and water quality (PPM)•Supervise farm workers and contractors
Requirements:•Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in crop production and landscape management•Strong knowledge of irrigation systems and automation•Experience in hot climates / GCC preferred•Hands-on and capable of managing full farm operations
