We are a pre-launch luxury fashion brand establishing our production foundation and seeking a highly technical Fashion Production Coordinator to build and manage our sampling and garment development process.
This role is execution-focused — ensuring designs are produced exactly to specification, quality standards are enforced, and production systems are structured for scale.
Part-time (20–25 hou strong potential to grow into a full-time leadership role.
Core Role
You will translate design direction into precise technical execution, manage garment development processes, and ensure all pieces meet strict luxury quality standards.
Responsibilities
Technical Production Management
• Translate design concepts into technical specifications and construction instructions
• Manage sampling timelines and production workflow
• Oversee garment development from concept to final sample
• Build structured systems for patterns, samples, and doentation
Quality Control & Standards
• Implement and enforce luxury-level construction and finishing standards
• Inspect garments at every stage of production
• Train artisans to meet required techniques and finishing quality
• Ensure all pieces meet brand specifications before approval
Process & Coordination
• Coordinate communication between design direction and production teams
• Identify production issues and implement solutions
• Source specialized craftsmanship when needed
• Track production progress and maintain organized records
Requirements
• Experience in garment production, atelier environments, or high-end abaya construction
• Strong knowledge of garment construction and luxury finishing techniques
• Experience with technical doentation and production processes
• Highly organized, detail-focused, and process-driven
• Fluent in English
• Based in or able to commute to Sharjah
