We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CNC machines and other industrial equipment at customer sites across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of CNC machines.
* Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
* Provide technical support and training to customers as needed.
* Maintain service reports and doentation for all work performed.
* Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and timely support.
* Collaborate with the technical and engineering team to resolve complex problems.
* Travel frequently to customer sites across the country.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
* Strong knowledge of CNC machines and classic control systems.
* Proven experience in machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
* Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
* Valid driving license.
* Ability and willingness to travel frequently.
