We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Female Administrative Assistant to support our office operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth functioning of daily activities. She will play a key role in maintaining organization, communication, and efficiency across the team.
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including correspondence, filing, scheduling, and office management.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel and accommodations.
Draft, review, and format business letters, memos, and reports.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and official doentation.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support business operations.
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
Support HR and Finance teams in administrative tasks such as record-keeping and doentation.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in administrative or office support roles, preferably in Dub.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Professional appearance and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Female candidates under sponsorship vi visa preferred (as per company policy).
