Responsibilities:Handle administrative and secretarial duties & handle reception.Prepare purchase orders, invoices, vouchers, quotations, and maintain recordsManage monthly accounts payable, track suppliers payments, bank reconciliation ,quarterly VAT filing compliance with UAE rules.Manage emails, doentation, and office correspondenceAssistant management with reports & office operations.Coordinate with suppliers
Salary: AED 2,500 – AED 6,000 (based on experience)
