We are looking for a female Call Executive to handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries generated from our running social media advertisements. The role requires good communication skills and basic knowledge of handling customer messages via phone and WhatsApp.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend incoming calls from customers
Respond to WhatsApp, social media, and ad-generated inquiries
Provide basic service information and booking assistance
Coordinate customer details with the garage team
Maintain call and message records

As per garage schedule
