Responsibilities:
=> Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
=> Answer, screen, and direct phone calls
=> Manage appointments and schedules
=> Handle incoming emails and correspondence
=> Maintain a tidy and presentable front desk area
=> Manage petty cash, including recording expenses and maintaining accurate logs
=> Issue receipts and handle basic billing or payment collection
=> Coordinate courier services, deliveries, and outgoing mail
=> Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
=> Assist with basic bookkeeping and administrative support tasks
=> Prepare reports, doents, and filing (physical and digital)
=> Support HR or management with clerical tasks as required
=> Ensure security procedures are followed by monitoring visitor access
Requirements:
=> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
=> Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
=> Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, scheduling tools)
=> Professional appearance and positive attitude
=> Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
=>Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
=>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
=> Punctual, reliable, and responsible
=> Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
=> Basic administrative or clerical knowledge
