Ferrous Processing System Leader
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Ferrous Processing System Leader to 
oversee and optimize our ferrous processing systems. The ideal candidate will have 
extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in managing ferrous processing operations, 
with a strong background in system optimization, team leadership, and operational 
efficiency. This role demands a professional with 07 to 10 years of experience in the field, 
capable of leading a high-performing team and driving continuous improvement initiatives 
within the ferrous processing division.
Key Responsibilities: 
 Leadership s Team Management: 
 Lead a team of supervisors, technicians, laborers and operators to 
ensure optimal performance of the ferrous processing system. 
 Foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement. 
 Provide training, mentorship, and development opportunities for 
team members. 
 Operational Management: 
 Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ferrous processing 
system, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety 
standards. 
 Implement best practices to maximize productivity and minimize downtime. 
 Monitor system performance and identify areas for process improvements. 
 System Optimization: 
 Evaluate and upgrade ferrous processing systems to improve 
throughput, quality, and cost-effectiveness. 
 Lead troubleshooting and problem-solving initiatives in case of 
system failures or inefficiencies. 
 Project Management: 
 Manage and lead projects related to machines upgrades, 
process improvements, and capacity expansions. 
 Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Commercial, 
Procurement, Quality Control) to ensure successful project execution. 
 Compliance s Reporting: 
 Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, 
and environmental guidelines. 
 Generate regular reports on system performance, quality metrics, and 
key operational KPIs for senior management. 
Qualifications: 
• Education: 
 Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Metallurgical 
Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 
• Experience: 
 7 to 10 years of experience in ferrous processing operations, with at 
least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role. 
 Proven track record of managing and optimizing processing 
systems, particularly in the metal or manufacturing industries. 
 Strong understanding of metallurgy, system controls, and 
industrial machinery.
Location: Saudi Arabi
Salary :  7,000 SAR To 8,000 SAR
Iqama transferable

 Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Metallurgical 
Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 
• Experience: 
 10 to 15 years of experience in non-ferrous processing or similar 
manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in leadership or 
supervisory role. 
 Proven track record of managing and optimizing processing systems, 
particularly in the metal or manufacturing industries. 
 Strong understanding of metallurgy, system controls, and industrial 
machinery. 
• Skills: 
 Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. 
 Deep understanding of non-ferrous processing systems, including 
operations, troubleshooting, and system optimization. 
 Proficiency in data analysis, process control, and performance monitoring 
tools. 
 Ability to lead complex projects from conception to implementation. 
 Solid knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards in industrial 
operations.
