3-5 years of strong experience in IT Infrastructure field support. Experience with desktop imaging, application installation, and Outlook troubleshooting. Ability to troubleshoot Windows (M knowledge is a plus). Physical ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a sense of urgency. Willingness to work flexible schedules as per business dispatch requirements.
