We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our accounting, tax, and advisory services across the UAE market. The role focuses on direct field visits, relationship building, and converting prospects into long-term clients. The successful candidate will represent the firm professionally, identify new business opportunities, conduct client meetings, and close service contracts.
Main Role Points – Field (Outdoor) Sales Executive
(Accounting & Tax Services – UAE)
Actively visit companies (SMEs, startups, shops, clinics, trading firms, free zones) to present accounting & tax services
Generate new business opportunities through direct field prospecting
Introduce services (VAT, Corporate Tax, bookkeeping, audit, advisory, company setup support)
Book and attend client meetings and follow up professionally
Convert prospects into signed clients
Build a daily pipeline of potential clients
Maintain CRM / sales log of visits, contacts, and deal status
Represent the firm in a highly professional, trusted CPA image
Support management with market feedback and competitor insights
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of proven field sales experience in the same or closely related industry, such as accounting firms, tax consultancy, audit firms, business setup services, or professional advisory companies.
Good understanding of accounting, VAT, and Corporate Tax services in the UAE.
Demonstrated ability to generate leads, conduct field visits, negotiate, and close deals.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
Self-driven, professional, and target-oriented.
Must currently hold a valid UAE residence visa (iqama).
Must currently hold a valid UAE driving license.
