Paswi Group is hiring a Field Service Technician with 4–5 years of dedicated site testing and commissioning experience in industrial utilities. The role involves switchgear and automation testing, motor starters, VFD and Soft Starter programming, PLC wiring and testing, instrumentation, loop testing, HVAC and pumping system logic, life safety interlocks, and site troubleshooting.

a. 4–5 years of solid site testing and commissioning experience
b. Thorough knowledge of DOL and Star-Delta motor starters, power and control wiring
c. Hands-on experience with VFD and Soft Starter programming and configuration
d. Practical experience in PLC wiring, PLC testing, field instrument checks, and loop testing
e. Strong understanding of HVAC and pumping station process logic
f. Experience testing life safety system interlocks such as fire pumps and smoke extraction panels
g. ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering
h. Water Treatment Plant commissioning experience is highly preferred
i. Valid Qatar or Indian Driving License is highly preferred
