Job Offer: Senior Technical Filipino Architect – Kuwait

About Us:
Cambraburo is an international architecture and interior design firm with offices in Spain, Kuwait, and Miami, specializing in high-end projects from design to on-site execution. We are looking for an experienced Technical Spanish Architect to join our international team.

Requirements:
• Degree in Architecture with minimum 6–8 years of experience.
• Strong background in technical drawings, architectural and interior detailing.
• Proven on-site experience: supervision, contractor coordination, and quality control.
• Knowledge of budgeting and cost estimation.
• Good level of spoken and written English (mandatory).
• Filipino nationality or trained as an Architect
• Knowledge of MEP systems and lighting will be highly valued.

Main Responsibilities:
• Review and occasionally produce technical drawings.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior staff.
• Coordinate contractors and site works.
• Prepare budgeting and cost control reports.
• Act as site supervisor, including writing reports and client communication letters.
• Ensure quality control of practice doentation and site works.

• Net monthly salary: €3,000–€3,500 depending on years of experience.
