We are seeking an experienced Filling / Blending Operator to operate blending and filling equipment for lubricants and greases.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operate blending tanks, kettles and filling lines.
2. Charge base oils and additives according to approved batch car.
3. Monitor temperature, mixing time and other process parameters.
4. Operate filling equipment for various pack sizes from 1L to 208L drums and IBCs.
5. Perform line changeovers and cleaning to prevent cross-contamination.
6. Ensure accurate filling quantiti, batch coding and labelling.
7. Maintain production and batch records.
8. Follow quality, safety and housekeeping procedures.
1. Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a UAE lubrica manufacturing plant.
2. Experience in blending and filling operations is essential.
3. Knowledge of lubricants, oils, greases and production processes preferred.
4. Ability to understand batch cards and production instructions.
