We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will play a key role in financial planning, reporting, and business performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily finance and accounting operations
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements
Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
Monitor cash flow, expenses, and profitability
Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies
Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and banks
Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger
Implement and improve financial controls and procedures
Support management with financial strategy and decision-making
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Leadership and team management capabilities
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
