Job Summary:
The Finance Manager will oversee all financial activities of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning. This role combines leadership, analytical skills, and operational finance expertise to support business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Provide strategic recommendations based on financial performance and trends.
Accounting & Compliance
Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations (accounts payab, general ledger).
Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws and local financial regulations.
Manage audits and liaise with external auditors.
Cash Flow & Treasury Management
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity.
Optimize banking relationships and financial instruments.
Approve payments and ensure timely vendor settlements.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Lead and mentor finance and accounting staff.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure financial control.
Report financial status to senior management and investors.
Risk Management
Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Implement internal controls and compliance processes.
