The candidate should know how to:
* Read technical drawings
* Measure accurately
* Apply correct carpentry techniques
* Work and communicate with team members
* Follow health and safety measures
* Communicate with the Site Manager during installation.
The responsibilities of the carpenter are:
- At the factory
* Complete work assigned by the head carpenter, as per the Head Carpenter’s instruction.
* Work with the team allocated by the Head Carpenter
* Check measurements after completion of the allocated work
* Communicate technicalities of the works with the head carpenter.
* Ensure that the workspace is kept tidy when working and at the end of the day
* Following safety procedures during work.
