We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fit-Out Civil Engineer to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in interior fit-out projects, site supervision, and project coordination, ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with approved drawings and authority regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Monitor project progress and prepare dai progress reports.
Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and other authority regulations.
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards are met.
Manage material submittals, method statements, and work approvals.
Control project costs and variations.
Ensure adherence to health and safety standards on site.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects.
Strong knowledge of authority approvals in Dubai.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (knowledge of Primavera is a plus).
Strong leadership and site management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
UAE Driving License preferred.
