We’re on the lookout for a talented and motivated site engineer to play a key role in our projects from concept to completion.
Your Role Will Include:
1. Collaborating with clients and the project team to understand design requirements and preferences
2. Creating design concepts and mood boards tailored to each project
3. Preparing detailed drawings, plans, and 3D visualizations using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit)
4. Selecting materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures in line with project goals and budgets
5. Coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure design integrity is maintained
6. Conducting site visits to monitor fit-out progress and ensure adherence to design specifications
7. Assisting in space planning, layout design, and preparation of BOQs and material schedules staying up to date with design trends, materials, and regulations
8. Supporting the project management team with presentations and client meetings
What We’re Looking For:
1. Degree in Engineering
2. A decent years of relevant experience (fit out experience is a strong advantage)
3. Proficiency in design and rendering software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, etc.)
4. Strong creative, visual, and communication skills
5. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
6. A proactive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility
7. Knowledge of local building codes and materials is a plus
