Al-Khaldi is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee fleet and transportation operations in Saudi Arabia, preferably involving heavy trucks and tankers. Responsibilities include fleet operations, vehicle maintenance, driver management, safety and compliance, GPS tracking, preventive maintenance, KPI monitoring, and cost control.

a. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
b. 8–12 years of relevant experience in fleet or transportation management.
c. Minimum 3–5 years in a Fleet Manager or similar leadership role.
d. Strong experience in fleet operations, vehicle maintenance, driver management, safety, and compliance.
e. Knowledge of GPS tracking systems, preventive maintenance, KPIs, and cost control.
f. Saudi Arabia experience and knowledge of local transportation regulations preferred.
g. Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
