Leadership Opportunity – Fleet Operations (UAE)
Location: Landmark Mega DC, JAFZA – Dubai
Proven UAE Fleet Operations leadership experience required

Landmark Group is hiring a senior Fleet Operations leader to drive operational excellence, compliance, and cost optimization across its UAE fleet within an automated distribution environment.
•Plan, allocate, and deploy fleet resources to support daily delivery and route requirements
•Execute driver scheduling, shift planning, trip assignment, and productivity monitoring
•Monitor and improve vehicle utilization, route efficiency, trip closure, and turnaround time (TAT)
•Coordinate closely with warehouse, dispatch, transport vendors, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution
•Manage driver attendance, leave planning, replacements, absenteeism, and manpower shortages
•Act as the first point of contact for operational issues, including delays, route deviations, and breakdown coordination (operations interface only)
•Track, analyze, and report fleet KPIs such as on-time delivery, utilization, cost per trip, and idle time
•Ensure strict adherence to UAE transport regulations, safety standards, and company SOPs
