Job Description

The Food & Drinks Admin / Coordinator provides the department with marketing and administrative support. Key responsibilities include typing, filing, answering telephones, and taking messages for the management team. You will maintain appointment calendars, make travel arrangements, and provide internal customer service. Additional tasks involve preparing numerical and financial reports and ordering office supplies. The role ensures all outgoing and incoming mail is routed and distributed to the highest standards.
