The selected candidate will supervise daily welding activities, allocate work to welders and fabrication crews, ensure welding operations comply with project specifications and safety standards, monitor work progress, inspect completed welds, coordinate with engineers and inspectors, maintain productivity targets, and ensure timely completion of fabrication and installation work in accordance with project schedules.

a. Proven experience as a Welding Foreman in Oil & Gas, EPC, or industrial construction projects.
b. Strong knowledge of welding processes, fabrication techniques, and pipi welding activities.
c. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, welding symbols, and project specifications.
d. Experience supervising welding teams and coordinating daily site activities.
e. Good understanding of welding quality standards, safety regulations, and permit-to-work systems.
f. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
g. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
