Prepare and review shipping doents such as:
Bill of Lading
Manifest
Delivery Order
Packing List
Commercial Invoice
Follow up customs clearance procedures with customs brokers.
Coordinate with transport companies for container loading and delivery arrangements.
Track vessel and container movements and ensure compliance with schedules.
Provide customers with regular shipment status updates.
Resolve operational issues and shipment delays effectively.
Update operational systems and prepare daily reports.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, customs regulations, and operational policies.
Monitor operational costs and shipment-related invoices.
