We are looking for a motivated Front Desk Associate to join our cloud kitchen team immediately.
This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced food business.
Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor all incoming orders
Dispatch and coordinate with riders
Communicate with customers, provide updates, and handle complaints professionally
Assist the manager with daily operational and administrative tasks
Requirements:
Good spoken English is essential
Willingness to learn and take responsibility
Ability to work in a fast-paced cloud kitchen environment
