Key Responsibilities:
•Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel relaxed and cared for upon arrival.
•Manage phone calls, messages, and appointment bookings efficiently.
•Maintain accurate client records and service schedules.
•Coordinate with therapists and service providers to ensure seamless operations.
•Handle client inquiries about spa services, treatments, and retail products.
•Process payments, issue receipts, and manage the cash drawer responsibly.
•Keep the reception area clean, organized, and visually appealing.
•Assist in promoting spa services, packages, and seasonal offers.
•Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and a calm demeanor at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:
•Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist in a spa, salon, or hospitality setting.
•Excellent communication and customer service skills.
•Well-groomed, elegant, and composed appearance.
•Proficient in computer and booking systems (knowledge of spa software is a plus).
•Fluent in English; Arabic or Tagalog is an advantage.
