This dual-role involves being the professional face of the office while supporting essential HR functions.
Key responsibilities include welcoming visitors, managing calls and emails, scheduling meetings, and maintaining the reception area.
On the HR side, the coordinator will assist with recruitment, onboarding, record-keeping, attendance, leave management, and employee engagement.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional, and highly organized, with excellent communication skills and MS Office proficiency.
