This dual-role involves managing the front office, welcoming visitors, handling calls and correspondence, and maintaining the reception area. Additionally, you will assist with HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, maintaining HR records, attendance, and leave management. Supporting HR policies, employee engagement, and payroll coordination are also part of the role. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
