Duties & Responsibilities
*Read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and cutting lists.
*Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join wood and other materials.
*Manufacture furniture such as cabinets, wardrobes, doors, tables, and shelves.
*Install completed furniture at project sites when required.
*Carry out repairs, maintenance, and modifications of furniture.
*Operate carpentry machines and tools safely (cutting machines, drills, sanders, etc.).
*Perform finishing works including sanding, polishing, painting, or varnishing.
*Ensure all work is completed as per quality standards and timelines.
*Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
*Follow company health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies.
*Keep the work area clean and organized.
