Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Furniture Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting suitable furniture pieces, provide excellent service, and achieve sales targets while maintaining showroom standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their needs and preferences
Provide detailed information about furniture products (materials, dimensions, features, pricing)
Recommend suitable items based on customer requirements and space
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Process sales transactions accurately
Follow up with customers on orders, delivery, and after-sales service
Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
Stay updated on new products, promotions, and market trends
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s is a plus)
Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture or home décor
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-driven with the ability to meet targets
Basic knowledge of interior design is an advantage
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
