Key Responsibilities
•Loading and unloading industrial gas cylinders from delivery vehicles.
•Move, handle, and store gas cylinders safely in designated areas.
•Assist operators in filling, handling, sorting, and segregating gas cylinders under supervision.
•Check cylinders for visible damage, leakage, missing caps, and other abnormalities, and report any issues to the supervisor.
•Ensure cylinders are properly secured during handling, storage, and transportation.
•Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the plant, warehouse, and cylinder storage areas.
•Follow company safety procedures and use the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
•Report unsafe conditions, gas leaks, equipment damage, and workplace incidents immediately.
•Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor related to plant operations.
Qualifications and Requirements
•Basic education preferred.
•Previous experience in an industrial gas plant, warehouse, or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
•Physically fit and capable of handling heavy cylinders using approved handling methods.
•Willingness to work in shifts and overtime when required.
•Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures.
•Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
•Hardworking, reliable, and able to follow safety instructions.
