Studio Marmi is seeking an experienced and highly skilled General Manager with deep expertise in marble and stone operations. The ideal candidate will lead overall business operations, drive growth and ensure high quality standards across all projects.
Key Responsibilities:
oversee daily operations of the company including production, sales and project execution.
Manage and lead team across departments
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals.
Maintain strong relationship with clients and suppliers.
Ensure quality control in marble selection, processing and installation
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
Requirement
proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role.
Strong knowledge of marble, natural stone, and related materials.
Experience in the constructi industry
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong business aen and decision making ability
Good communication and negotiation skills.
