Germin Trading & Contracting in Qatar is seeking a highly organized and technically skilled professional to join our construction team. The role combines doent control, project planning, and quantity surveying to ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities include managing project doents, developing and monitoring schedules, preparing BOQs, estimating costs, and evaluating budget variations.

a. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field
b. Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction
c. Hands-on exposure to doent control, planning, and cost management
d. Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project, EDMS (Acon cost management software
e. Strong knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC or equivalent)
f. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
g. Team player with cross-functional collaboration experience
