a. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, GIS, Information Technology, or a related field.
b. Strong experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, C#, and RESTful APIs.
c. Hands-on experience with Angular, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
d. Proven experience developing GIS applications using Esri technologies.
e. Experience with ArcGIS Experience Builder, Web AppBuilder, ArcGIS Dashboards, ArcGIS Portal, ArcGIS Pro, and Survey123.
f. Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (Oracle and MySQL are a plus).
g. Experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, Git, GitHub, Postman, Agile methodologies, and Clean Architecture.
