Job Description

The Government Relations Manager is primarily responsible for the end-to-end processing of visas, cancellations, renewals, medicals, and other governmental permits and licenses. You will deal directly with the immigration department, health department, and other ministries for matters involving team members, management, and their families. Key duties include maintaining records of passport and visa expiries, providing assistance on police and court cases, and obtaining travel visas for key personnel. Additionally, you will greet incoming guests at the Human Resources Office and maintain strong relations with the owning company and local authorities.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should have positive experience in a similar or equivalent role, preferably within the hospitality industry. You must possess a full understanding of Bahrain's Labour Law and governmental processes. The ideal candidate maintains excellent grooming standards, has a positive attitude, and demonstrates the ability to work under pressure both independently and in teams. Flexibility to respond to various work situations and a commitment to high-level internal and external customer service are essential. Bahraini Nationals are highly preferred for this position.
