We are looking for Ground Staff who will do the following roles: Assist passengers with check- in and boarding procedures Handle luggage and cargo operations safely and efficiently Coordinate with airline staff, airport security, and ground operations Provide excellent customer service to passengers Ensure compliance with airport safety and operational procedures Support ramp operations, gate management, and boarding processes Requirements: Previous experience in airport or airline ground operations preferred Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus Ability to work in a fast- paced environment Knowledge of airport safety procedures and regulations Physically fit to handle luggage and ramp duties Flexible to work in shifts
