Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist passengers at check-in counters and boarding gates
Handle passenger queries, complaints, and provide timely solutions
Coordinate with airline and airport staff to ensure smooth operations
Assist with boarding, baggage handling, and passenger guidance
Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times
Ensure compliance with airport security and safety regulations
Prepare and maintain required passenger and operational doentation
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or airport operations is an advantage but not mandatory
Freshers are welcome to apply

Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
